The Problem

A phobia is a high anxiety response to an object situation or even a thought.

There are two types of Phobia.

Specific : About 10% of the population has a specific phobia. A specific phobia is an intense fear triggered by a particular object or situation, such as Arachnophobia or a fear of flying.

Non Specific: Is a more generalised fear such as agoraphobia or claustrophobia.
